All codes above refer to the same curve family — just named differently by each manufacturer.
The P90T is a toe curve with a moderately open face — less extreme than the P28 but still very much in the "shooter's curve" family. The "T" designation stands for toe, and this pattern gives you a fast release off the toe with a more moderate depth that makes it more forgiving for general play than the P28. Chris Drury made this pattern famous for its ability to get the puck up quickly in close-range situations.
Forwards who want the quick release of a toe curve with slightly more forgiveness than the P28. Excellent in tight spaces around the net — the open face helps elevate the puck quickly. Good for players who shoot in traffic and need the puck to rise fast.
